1. Agreement Overview

Welcome to AXORA — Africa's Growth Community. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of AXORA's website, platform, and services.

By creating an account or using AXORA, you agree to these Terms, agree to our Privacy Policy, and commit to using the platform responsibly.

⚠️ If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use AXORA.

2. Purpose of AXORA

AXORA is a community-based learning and collaboration platform where experts build communities, learners join and grow, and knowledge is shared continuously. AXORA facilitates connection — but does not control interactions between users.

3. Eligibility

To use AXORA, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old
  • Have legal capacity to enter agreements
  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Comply with all applicable laws

4. User Roles

4.1 Community Builders (Admins)

Create and manage communities, offer courses, mentorship, and consultancy, and set pricing and community rules.

4.2 Members (Learners)

Join communities, access content and services, and participate in discussions and events.

5. Account Responsibility

You agree to keep your login details secure, not share your account with others, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. AXORA is not responsible for misuse of your account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use AXORA for illegal activities, harass or harm others, post false or misleading content, share spam or unauthorized advertising, impersonate another person, upload copyrighted content without permission, or attempt to hack or disrupt the platform. AXORA may suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.

7. Community Content & Responsibility

7.1 User Content

You own your content, but you grant AXORA a license to use, display, and distribute it to provide and improve platform services.

7.2 Community Responsibility

Content shared in communities is visible to members. AXORA does not guarantee the accuracy of content. Learning outcomes depend on users' effort and engagement.

8. Payments & Subscriptions

8.1 Paid Services

Some features may require payment including community subscriptions, courses, mentorship, and consultancy.

8.2 Payment Terms

Payments are processed via third-party providers. Fees may be monthly or one-time. Prices are set by community builders.

8.3 Refund Policy

Payments are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may apply based on community builder policies.

9. Admin & Member Transactions

Payments between members and community builders are agreements between those parties. AXORA facilitates but is not responsible for disputes.

10. Intellectual Property

AXORA owns the platform design, branding, and system functionality. You may not copy or resell AXORA technology, or use the AXORA brand without permission.

11. Platform Availability

AXORA may update features, modify services, or temporarily suspend access. We do not guarantee continuous uptime or an error-free experience.

12. Termination

AXORA may suspend or terminate accounts and remove content for violations of these Terms, fraud or abuse, or legal requirements. Users may also delete their accounts at any time.

13. Disclaimer

AXORA is provided "as is." We do not guarantee success from learning, income from communities, or accuracy of shared content. Use the platform at your own risk.

14. Limitation of Liability

AXORA is not liable for loss of income or business, data loss, user disputes, or content posted by others.

15. Third-Party Services

AXORA may integrate payment gateways, video tools, and external services. We are not responsible for their policies or services.

16. Dispute Resolution

Step 1 — Informal Resolution: Users should first contact AXORA support to resolve disputes informally.

Step 2 — Legal Resolution: If unresolved, disputes will be governed by Rwandan law and handled in courts of Rwanda.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. If major changes occur, users will be notified. Continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.
